Audra Solutions Secures £50,000 Innovate UK Grant to power next-gen AI security innovation
Audra Solutions Ltd, part of the Dotlines group, has been confirmed as the successful recipient of a £50,000 grant from Innovate UK’s Growth Catalyst Early Stage: New Innovators competition for its groundbreaking project, SecuraNext, a next-generation AI-powered cybersecurity appliance for small businesses and households.
The grant, awarded under Innovate UK’s pilot Growth Catalyst Early Stage: New Innovators programme, supports early-stage UK micro and small businesses developing affordable, adoptable and investable innovations in priority technology areas, including artificial intelligence and advanced connectivity.
SecuraNext combines AI-driven threat detection with a consumer-friendly firewall-router managed via a mobile app, thus bringing high-end cybersecurity protection within reach of small businesses and households that lack dedicated IT resources or knowledge.
The funding will also support a formal collaboration with Anglia Ruskin University, whose applied AI and cybersecurity expertise will contribute directly to the development and validation of machine learning models for real-time threat detection and behavioural analysis.
