Details to Include in Your Report

To address the vulnerability effectively, please include:

• Product Identification: Specify the product or service affected.
• Software Version: Note the version exhibiting the vulnerability.
• Vulnerability Type: Describe the nature of the issue (e.g., SQL injection, cross-site scripting).
• Impact Assessment: Evaluate the potential risks associated with the vulnerability.
• Steps to Reproduce: Provide clear steps needed to replicate the issue.
• Evidence: If possible, include proof-of-concept code or other demonstrations.

Guidelines for Submission

• Anonymous Submissions: You may report anonymously, but providing contact details would facilitate follow-up communication.
• Post-Submission Communication: We will reach out via email to discuss the vulnerability further and propose a timeline for public disclosure.
• Scope: This form is intended solely for security vulnerabilities. Please direct sales and business inquiries through appropriate channels.

Acknowledgment Timing: We aim to acknowledge submissions within three business days. However, not all reports will necessarily receive a detailed response based on their nature.

Weekends and Holidays: Reports submitted on Saturdays, Sundays, and national or company holidays will be acknowledged within three business days following the first business day.
